Through Just Easy Portal we collect and process the following data:

  • Login credentials (company username/email and password, the latter stored in encrypted form).
  • Identification and administrative data of the client company required to deliver the requested services (e.g. invoices, documents).
  • Technical session data (IP address, access logs) automatically collected for security purposes.

3. Purposes and Legal Basis of Processing

Your data is processed for the following purposes:

  • To allow access to and authentication in the reserved area (legal basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • To deliver the services requested by the client company (legal basis: performance of a contract, art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • To ensure system security and prevent unauthorized access (legal basis: legitimate interest of the Controller, art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • To comply with legal obligations (legal basis: legal obligation, art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4. Processing Methods and Cookies

Your data is processed using IT tools, with security measures appropriate to prevent loss, unauthorized access, or unlawful use.
